Payments is made upfront through our website or direct or through security deposit taken. Difference payable upon arrival depending on the offer you have booked.
Check-in is at 3pm and checkout is at 11am. Late checkout can be arranged ahead of time if availability allows.
Yes, if advance check-in was available upon the time your booking was made. The same goes for Late Check-Out.
Children must not be left unattended and if any damages is caused by our guest children, becomes the responsibility of the guest and charges will be added to your final hotel bill.
No, we offer a full laundry service at the hotel, with shoe shining service . Arrangements can be made through front desk.
Small dogs and cats are allowed and service animals. Pet stay cost extra and its the owners duty to clean up if their animal uses public spaces and in the room. Room service must be notified immediately to come and clean.
We allow smoking on the terrace and outdoor spaces, However, we do not allow smoking in the bedrooms or indoors.
Depending on your room and offer, airport collection and drop-off service. Some offers includes this service, However, our guest can book our shuttle to collect them at a extra charge.
